The Mike Josey Construction team has built over 100 projects from Destin to Alabama, which includes custom homes, renovations, and additions.
They have a staff of five employees and respond quickly to new inquiries and with in-house designs, can visit with homeowners quickly and effectively. They have incorporated educating homeowners in their client meetings, so that the clients are well versed on growing trends and opportunities to incorporate new ideas in their new homes, remodels, commercial projects, etc.
Mike Josey has taken a leadership role in the building industry and has become very active in the BIA. This allows Mike Josey Construction access to the latest and current changes in the local, state, and national
government’s building and permit codes.
Mike Josey serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for The Building Industry Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties and will be the incoming 2009 President of the BIA. Mike also serves as the Chairman of the 2008 Parade of Homes Committee and is a member of the Programs and Governmental Affairs Committees.
